Environmental Stewardship Fellowship Award Agreement

Environmental Stewardship and Seminary Hill Sustainability Grants are funded by external donors and we are required to submit a final report to the Larry J. Bell ’80 Environmental Stewardship Center as well as the donors. Thus, we need to gather information about your summer experiences as well as your subsequent educational and professional endeavors.

Therefore, by accepting an Environmental Stewardship or Seminary Hill Sustainability Grant, you agree to:

  1. Dedicate your primary focus this summer to conducting this project
  2. Not have additional employment that interferes with your ability to complete the project
  3. Complete bi-weekly reflections during the summer. Format will vary. Someone from the Environmental Stewardship Center will reach out to set up this schedule with you (examples: pre/post reflection, social media post, blog post)
  4. Prepare a final report/reflection by the end of the project (this must be submitted before receiving your final installment of the stipend)
  5. Share your project with the campus (through one of the Sustainability Chats, Sustainability SIP Symposium, etc)
  6. Not accept institutional funding (from your academic department, CIP, Arcus, etc.) for the same aspects of your project that are being funded by this award.

Please complete the form below to indicate whether or not you agree with these terms, and to provide the necessary information to receive your funding.
