As stated in the Plan of Employment for Faculty, effectiveness in committee and administrative assignments is recognized as being relevant in the process of evaluating faculty for promotion.  Therefore, letters of evaluation from the chairs of standing and ad hoc committees on which you have served since your last review are to be included in your review file.
